- Rollback Malaria Control ProgramThe aims and objectives of the project are directly related with the overall objectives of the health sector i.e. to improve the health status of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and provision of quality assured.
- Prevention & Control of Blindness Control Program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, PICOPrevent blindness in over 200000 people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by up-gradation of eye departments of remaining tertiary care hospitals, and meeting some specific needs of the DHQ hospitals in the province.
- National MNCH ProgramThe Program will ensure progress towards achieving the already agreed Millennium Development Goals in maternal and child health and currently known as sustainable Millennium Development Goals.
- Prime Minister Program for Prevention & Control of HepatitisTo contribute in improving the health of the people of KPK by preventing & controlling, the incidence, prevalence, morbidity & mortality due to viral hepatitis, so as to achieve Hepatitis free KPK
- National Program for Family Planning & Primary Health Care, LHWs ProgramTo achieve the goals of the program, Lady Health Workers (LHWs) from various communities are chosen. LHWs are educated and belong to their own communities, reducing the unfamiliarity differences
- Social Health Protection Initiative For KpkKeeping in view the role of Social Health Protection in reducing poverty as well as its role in the improvement of health status of the people, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to extend the coverage of the Social Health Protection Initiative to the entire province
